Our new Newcastle Toronto office is in its establishment phase, and we’re seeking a committed Care Manager (with current AHPRA registration) to champion our culture and values. Qualifications Qualifications & Experience Health Science degree (essential); postgraduate or specialist certificates (desirable) Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and continuous quality improvement Preferred Skills Key Selection Criteria Current AHPRA registration (RN, Physio or OT) Driver’s license, comprehensively insured vehicle, and police clearance Minimum 3 years’ post‑registration experience in aged or community care Proven ability in assessment, care planning and team leadership Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills
