Reporting to the WA State Manager, come join our State Operations team in this rewarding Business Manager role, where you will lead and support the management, operations, efficiency and financial performance of your allocated portfolio of medical centres through: Leading your team of Practice Managers and their centres to achieve optimum service quality along with cost and productivity targets Analysing and interpreting financial and budgetary information to influence and improve business strategy Establishing good rapport with internal and external stakeholders including centre staff, Doctors, Allied Health professionals, corporate staff, etc. Coaching and supporting Practice Managers to manage and develop their reception and nursing teams Working with Practice Managers and centre staff to implement and maintain IPN’s systems, policies and procedures Providing safe and healthy working environments Maintaining a professional and friendly work environment Do you have the qualities that we are looking for? At least 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role, managing an engaged and collaborative team At least 5 years’ experience working within a medical centre environment Strong financial and budgetary knowledge Ability to travel between medical centres in the Southern suburbs of Perth Excellent written and verbal communication skills A connected and sincere approach to leadership Proven multi-tasking, prioritisation, problem solving and time management skills We have a great opportunity for you to work as a full time Business Manager.
