The Position As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will: Conduct functional assessments and provide evidence-based interventions. Develop person-centred behaviour support plans in line with NDIS guidelines. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, speech pathologists, and other allied health professionals. Liaise effectively with families, carers, educators, and support coordinators to deliver holistic care. Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Standards and relevant ethical frameworks. Monitor outcomes, maintain accurate records, and refine interventions to achieve the best possible results. We are looking for practitioners with Relevant tertiary qualifications (Psychology, Behaviour Analysis, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or related field), NDIS registration as a behaviour support practitioner Demonstrated experience working in disability or mental health settings. Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and self-motivation are essential for this contractor role.
