As Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll be at the intersection of strategy, data, and technology. Your key responsibilities will be to: collaborate with stakeholders to define, analyse, and prioritise business requirements run engaging workshops to uncover needs, co-design solutions, and identify risks support agile delivery by managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and mapping business processes translatre technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders use tools like Power BI to design intuitive dashboards and reports for internal and external use collaborate on projects that leverage cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS contribute to project roadmaps and change management activities to ensure smooth rollouts become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert within the team and across the University. About you Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Economics, Statistics, or a combination of experience in a relevant field ability to communicate effectively, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills demonstrated experience in business analysis, preferably in agile environments strong problem-solving abilities and confidence with data analysis proficiency in tools like Power BI and experience in designing insightful dashboards the ability to document user stories and translate requirements into technical deliverables.
