Responsibilities Develop high-quality mobile applications using modern technologies and best practices Implement clean, scalable code solutions that align with business requirements Contribute to technical discussions and provide input on architecture decisions Work closely with the technical lead to ensure alignment with product and technical roadmap Maintain high standards for code quality, design, and delivery through peer reviews Actively participate in technical debt management and continuous improvement initiatives Leverage AI tools to enhance development productivity and explore AI-powered workflows Stay current with AI development trends and share learnings with the team Provide guidance and support to junior developers Share knowledge and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture Take ownership of features and projects with appropriate support and guidance Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience 3 years hands-on Software Engineering experience Strong proficiency in React Native (Expo), TypeScript, and Node.js (3 years) Experience developing mobile applications with modern architectural patterns Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, and modern deployment practices Understanding of relational databases, API integration, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments Bonus: Experience with microservices, third-party integrations, AI tools, performance optimization, and compliance frameworks Company Values & Culture ELMO Software is an equal opportunity employer.
