The Role As a Partnerships Coach with Breakthru, you’ll work side-by-side with participants to explore their career goals, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment. You’ll understand their strengths and aspirations, offer tailored coaching, link them to opportunities, and collaborate with employers to open doors. You’ll also work with employers to understand their business needs and provide staffing solutions that fit, including delivering training, promoting inclusive hiring practices, keeping accurate records, and driving engagement through proactive networking. Key Responsibilities Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles. Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition. Engage and work with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment. Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility. Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training. Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion. Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities. Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
