Job Overview ASIC is seeking two Senior OutSystems Developers to support the delivery of its Digital Service Platform (DSP). The developers will design, develop, and maintain OutSystems applications, contributing to ASIC's technology transformation and role as a leading digital regulator. Key Duties And Responsibilities Provide systems analysis, technical recommendations, and inputs to business requirements and solution/UI designs for OutSystems applications Deliver detailed designs and proofs of concept for common components, workflows, and functionalities Develop, unit-test, and deploy OutSystems applications Ensure applications comply with project outcomes, architectural patterns, WCAG, and security requirements Adhere to coding, privacy, and security standards Create and maintain technical documentation, development best practices, and guidelines Contribute to continuous improvement of applications, environments, and processes Coach and mentor junior staff, providing knowledge transfer as required Selection Criteria Max 5000 characters total in one-page pitch (individual responses not required) Essential Criteria Minimum 5 years of experience developing and deploying complex web applications Experience with enterprise low-code digital platforms (OutSystems preferred) Experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks such as React/Angular) Experience with REST/JSON-based web services Strong SQL knowledge including queries and performance tuning Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (TFS, GIT, JIRA) Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automated unit testing Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders Ability to work independently with accountability for outcomes Desirable Criteria Tertiary qualification in IT, engineering, or a relevant field Whole-of-life pricing considerations (evaluation includes quoted rate and any additional costs to ASIC) Capabilities Analytical Skills: Critical thinking, trend/risk identification, lateral problem-solving Learning Agility: Ability to adapt quickly and proactively to new requirements Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build relationships across ASIC and external regulatory networks Technological Adeptness: Applying modern tools and platforms to improve digital services Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Contract Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at ASIC by 2x J-18808-Ljbffr
