Overview A long-standing property developer who specializes in new build apartment blocks up to 6 levels throughout the North and East of Sydney is seeking an experienced Site Manager. Due to a new project starting in October, they require a Site Manager with experience managing projects from the ground up. The successful candidate must have at least 10 years' experience as a Site Manager delivering new build apartment blocks up to at least 6 levels. There is also an opportunity to move into a Project Manager role in the future if this is something they wish to do, but if they don’t, that’s also ok. Base pay range A$200,000.00/yr - A$240,000.00/yr Responsibilities Manage ground-up construction of new build apartment blocks up to 6 levels. Coordinate on-site activities, ensure safety and quality standards, and liaise with subcontractors and stakeholders. Qualifications At least 10 years\' experience as a Site Manager delivering new build apartment blocks up to at least 6 levels.
