We are looking for a passionate and organised Health Program Partner to help deliver and continually improve this portfolio of programs across our Australian and International member base. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Health Programs, you will manage day-to-day delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of targeted health programs designed to drive member engagement, improve clinical outcomes, and ensure commercial sustainability. You will understand member needs, coordinate implementation, manage internal and external stakeholders, and use data and feedback to drive program optimisation. You will help ensure programs are easy to access, digitally enabled, and meet high standards of care. Key responsibilities Managing end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of chronic disease programs Engaging stakeholders to define requirements, support implementation, and manage change Supporting the design of digital pathways to optimise member targeting, consent and referral flows Drafting technical requirements and leading testing and deployment for system updates Overseeing onboarding, updates and decommissioning of programs as needed Monitoring program performance and reporting on clinical and commercial outcomes Ensuring all risk, privacy and compliance obligations are met About you / Qualifications Detail-oriented, proactive and passionate about delivering impactful health programs Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to translate complex data and system requirements into action Comfort working with both health and technical teams in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience Experience in health program or product delivery, ideally within the private health sector Strong project management and prioritisation skills Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills Confidence in working with data, technical requirements, and reporting tools A member-first mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based programs Working at nib Nib recognises that some people may apply even if their education or experience does not exactly match the listed criteria. nib welcomes curious individuals who will add to the culture and share a passion for improving health outcomes. nib supports a flexible working environment and aims to create an inclusive recruitment process and employment experience.
