The Role As The Group HSE Systems BP, You Will Partner with project and leadership teams to strengthen HSE systems, processes, and reporting. Influence and develop initiatives that improve safety culture across the business. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and safety insights to stakeholders at all levels. Ensure clear, consistent, and professional communication of safety objectives and outcomes. Drive innovation in systems and practices to meet evolving industry standards. About You We are seeking an ambitious and energetic HSE professional with: Strong experience in HSE within the construction industry (Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience highly regarded). A proven ability to implement, manage, and continuously improve safety systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership. A polished and professional approach, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams.
