Overview Partnerships Coach - Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) role at Royal Rehab Group. Breakthru has been selected by the Department of Social Services to deliver the IEA program across NSW and Queensland. You will work with participants to explore career goals, build confidence, and connect them with employment opportunities while collaborating with employers to create inclusive hiring solutions. About The Role As a Partnerships Coach, you’ll work side-by-side with participants to understand strengths and aspirations, provide tailored coaching, link to opportunities, and collaborate with employers to open doors. You’ll also work with employers to understand business needs and provide staffing solutions that fit, including training and promoting inclusive hiring practices, maintaining records, and driving engagement through proactive networking. Key Responsibilities Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles. Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health conditions. Engage with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment. Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client alignment. Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training. Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion. Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities. Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider helping people with disability achieve career goals. Essential Criteria Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills Current Driver's License - essential You You bring empathy, energy, and a drive to make a difference. You are experienced in or passionate about employment services, confident supporting people, building trust, and guiding them into meaningful careers. You’re outcomes-focused, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You enjoy understanding an employer’s business and how to deliver staffing solutions that fit. Your relationship-building skills help you connect with clients and employers, and you are confident delivering training and applying inclusive employment practices. You are proactive with marketing and networking, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, person-centred service.
