Overview Partnerships Coach - Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) Join Breakthru to deliver the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program across key regions in New South Wales and Queensland, supporting more people to access meaningful employment and build lasting careers. You will work with participants to explore career goals, build confidence, and connect them with opportunities, while collaborating with employers to open doors. The Role As a Partnerships Coach, you’ll: Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles. Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition. Engage and work with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment. Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility. Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training. Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion. Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities. Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals. Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks. Champion Breakthru’s values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice. Essential Criteria Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills Current Driver's License - essential About You You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. You’re outcome-focused, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You’re capable of understanding an employer’s business, people, culture, and challenges to identify staffing solutions that truly fit. Your relationship-building skills help you connect with clients and employers, and you have confidence delivering training and applying inclusive employment practices. You’re proactive with marketing and networking, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, person-centred service.
