Overview We’re partnering with a well-respected mid-market investment bank seeking a Vice President to join their Investment Banking & Consulting team. What will you do? Lead M&A transactions from start to finish, including deal strategy, financial modeling, valuations, negotiations, and closing. Manage both buy-side and sell-side engagements, working directly with clients, investors, and internal teams. Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. Identify new business opportunities, contribute to growth strategies, and drive profitability. Mentor and guide junior team members while overseeing day-to-day project execution. Stay ahead of industry trends and develop insights that strengthen client deliverables and outcomes. What we're looking for? 6-10 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, or related fields. Proven track record leading transactions and managing client relationships. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal-structuring skills. Exceptional communication abilities and executive presence. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. Advanced degrees and certifications (MBA, CPA, CVA, AM&AA) are a plus.
