Full Time & Casual/ Fixed Term Contract (9 Months) Classification: GO3 ($84,087.57 Superannuation) The Opportunity A full-time position has become available within our Customer Contact team as a Customer Contact Officer to work across both Call Centre and Front Desk environments. Our core business hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday and work will be rostered across our Elizabeth (Civic Centre) and Davoren Park (Playford Operations Centre) locations. Our Customer Contact Officers deliver high quality customer service as the first point of resolution to approximately 40 teams within Council, to assist the organisation to focus on core business objectives. This is a great opportunity to collaborate across many of the City of Playford teams to efficiently connect our customers with key Departments and information, ensuring high quality, efficient and prompt customer service is provided. The positions work as part of a dynamic team environment where you feel supported and empowered. While this role is advertised as full-time, we also welcome applications from casual candidates, as there may be opportunities for casual work within the team. About You You possess a demonstrated passion and commitment for delivering positive outcomes for the community and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your exceptional interpersonal communication skills enable your ability to relate to people and effectively problem solve. You enjoy working in team environments where you can bring your adult self to work each day and collaborate on day to day activities and new initiatives. You will also possess excellent skills in MS programs, computer systems and databases, with ability to work across multiple platforms at any given time.
