Be Recruitment is proud to partner with a nationally recognised youth mental health service delivering a leading early intervention program based on the Orygen - shared model of care. We’re currently seeking a passionate and qualified Clinician to join a multidisciplinary team providing structured, wrap-around care for young people. You’ll be allocated a small caseload and work within a collaborative, person-centred framework to support recovery and wellbeing. This role is based in Canberra and is offered on a full-time basis (76 hours/fortnight) , with flexibility for part-time arrangements for the right candidate. What You’ll Be Doing Provide therapeutic, recovery-focused care to young people aged 12–25 Deliver clinical interventions and coordinate psychosocial support Support young people to achieve their recovery goals across wellbeing, relationships, and independence Work collaboratively with families, schools, and external stakeholders Maintain clear clinical documentation and participate in team meetings and supervision You’ll Need Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or a related field Provisional or full AHPRA registration (or registration with a relevant professional body) such as AASW Experience in youth mental health or early intervention (highly regarded) Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work on-site and in community-based settings Drivers license What’s On Offer HPA Level 2 (commensurate with experience) plus salary packaging and other benefits Salary packaging options to increase your take-home pay up to $18,500 Ongoing training in early intervention and youth mental health, including hours toward full registration A supportive, passionate, and close-knit team culture Brand new services in leafy Braddon The chance to make a tangible difference in young people’s lives A pply Now If you're passionate about supporting young people in their mental health journey and want to be part of a compassionate, future-focused service, we’d love to hear from you.
