As demand grows, so do we - and we’re looking for a Head of Operations to help lead the next phase of our growth. About the Role As Head of Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in building the systems and processes that keep RAYS running smoothly. Your focus will be on driving technology and automation, creating consistency across sites, and scaling our customer support function as we grow. You’ll also oversee supply chain and logistics for our national e-commerce operation, alongside the implementation of operational initiatives and launches, acting as the bridge between our dispensaries and working alongside our senior leadership teams across commercial, legal, marketing, and people business units. This is a dynamic, future-facing role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, creating clarity, and ensuring that big ideas translate into seamless execution. Some interstate travel will be required to support and oversee operations. Key Responsibilities Drive tech and automation initiatives to streamline operations across multiple store locations. Ensure operational consistency with standard operating procedures across sites and strengthen communication channels. Scale and optimise the customer support function for long-term growth. Oversee supply chain and logistic requirements for our national e-commerce operation. Lead the implementation of operational initiatives and support new business launches. Collaborate with commercial, legal, marketing, and people teams to enhance operational excellence. Provide on-ground support through occasional interstate travel. What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading operations in fast growth healthcare businesses, multi-site or scaling business. Strong background in process design, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Interest in workplace AI transformation, health and wellness, and emerging therapeutics. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bridge teams and drive alignment. Highly Regarded Experience with Notion for documentation and project management. Skills in Slack workflow automations and integrations. A strong track record of writing and implementing streamlined SOPs.
