We're now looking for an experienced Head of Treasury and Insurance to drive cash flow strategy, funding programs and risk protection at the enterprise level. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll lead a high-performing team and play a critical role in shaping the financial resilience of our business. Your Role Shape and deliver TGE's financing, insurance and liquidity strategy Lead cash flow forecasting and daily liquidity management Negotiate funding programs and execution of funding facilities, including board-level presentations and lender engagements Lead the development and placement of the insurance program for the Group, including risk profiling, insurance negotiations Lead the insurance claims management team Lead a high-performing and dedicated team creating commercial insights Work collaboratively across the finance team and the wider organisation to support the transformation journey of the Group Build and maintain key relationships with banks, insurers, and financing partners About You 8 years' experience in corporate treasury and managing insurance programs, including at least 5 years in leadership roles Proficient in cash flow, risk mitigation and liquidity management Proven success managing banking and insurer relationships Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen CA or CPA qualified Clear and collaborative communicator with a focus on relationship building Why Join TGE?
