Our client is seeking passionate Marketing Manager to join the team and elevate the marketing across the hotel portfolio. Reporting into the National Marketing Manager, some of your responsibilities will include: Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional channels Develop and maintain a clear, consistent brand strategy across all platforms Research market trends and customer behaviour to inform decision-making Produce engaging content and visuals using Canva AI and related tools Manage and grow loyalty programs to strengthen customer retention Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners on promotions and events Build strong online presence through social media strategy and influencer engagement Prepare reports and presentations to support senior leaders and Board-level decisions Oversee marketing budgets and track campaign effectiveness to ensure strong ROI Coordinate event marketing from initial planning through to execution and review Write clear, compelling copy for websites, campaigns, reports, and in-venue materials Cultivate strong relationships across departments and with key stakeholders Benefits: Work closely with key decision makers Ability to elevate a marketing platform across an entire brand Supportive leaders who want to see you thrive Parking on site Criteria: At least 3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality sector. Ideally you will have a solid understanding of marketing strategy across hotels and restaurants.
