The role supports operational, administrative and co ordinating tasks across platforms of Salesforce and Formatize. Key Duties Perform data entry, maintaining and updating records with high accuracy. Ensure smooth delivery of client documentation and schedules to field staff Manage alerts and follow-ups to maintain seamless operations. Coordinate scheduling tasks and job allocations. Assist interstate managers with administrative tasks related to proposal preparation and management. Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and internal communications. Oversee maintenance and monitoring of eRoads vehicles and GPS tracking devices. Verify and track subcontractor compliance and insurances. About You Prior experience in a fast-paced administrative, coordination, or operations support role. Proficiency with Salesforce, Formitize, or similar platforms.
