Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues across computers, servers, and network infrastructure. Monitor systems and networks to identify, diagnose, and resolve potential problems proactively. Implement new IT systems including hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions. Support related IT services, including security cameras, access control, and BMS integrations. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of tasks, procedures, and system configurations. Key Skills & Competencies Strong hardware skills across desktop computers, laptops, servers, Synology NAS, Ubiquiti equipment, etc. Strong software expertise, including Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, Windows Server, Adobe Suite, etc. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, AI integrations). Strong cybersecurity awareness including data storage, backup, and retention protocols. Experience with Systems (BMS) such as Honeywell, JCI, and Trident. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of company information and safeguard intellectual property. Passion for technology with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends. Excellent problem-solving and logical reasoning skills. High attention to detail with a drive for accuracy and perfection. Strong documentation & note-taking skills; follows instructions precisely. Flexible and willing to tackle tasks beyond standard job descriptions. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
