Key Responsibilities Deliver person-centred Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services to NDIS participants across home, school, community, and clinic settings. Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-informed Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) in line with NDIS requirements. Collaborate with families, carers, support staff, and other professionals to co-design and embed practical strategies. Provide training and coaching to families and support teams to ensure consistent and effective implementation. Monitor progress, review plans regularly, and adjust strategies to achieve positive outcomes. About You You are a compassionate and motivated practitioner with a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for people with disability. You bring: A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Education, Applied Behaviour Analysis, or a related field.
