Reporting to the Team Leader - Customer Administration, this position provides customer service, administrative and financial support to the Water & Waste Directorate. To be successful in this position, you will: Possess a caring attitude, a strong work ethic, and a demonstrated commitment to working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals. Bring high-level administrative capabilities, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, as well as experience in word processing, spreadsheet creation, data entry, drafting correspondence, and general office duties. Offer over three (3) years of experience in administrative and customer service roles, with additional exposure to finance and bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing and reconciliations. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders in a professional and approachable manner.
