The Role Full-time, office-based role supporting a Project Manager on multiple fit-out projects (up to $3M). Involves contract administration, project coordination, financial tracking, and documentation from start to finish. Key Duties Prepare scopes, POs, and assist with trade letting Process claims, variations, and payment schedules Maintain compliance and project documentation in Procore Coordinate timelines and liaise with stakeholders Track budgets and forecasts Skills & Experience 1–3 years’ CA or Project Coordinator experience Fit-out or commercial interiors background (bank, retail, hospitality ideal) Procore / Cheopps / Jobpac experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Benefits Established systems, stable pipeline, national clients Work-life balance in a supportive environment Career growth in a growing business Why Apply?
