They are seeking a Lead Designer to drive the design of subdivision and land development projects, an exciting opportunity to take ownership, lead the design process, and deliver practical, high-quality solutions. About the Role: As a Lead Designer, you will guide subdivision projects from concept to delivery, working closely with engineers, planners, and surveyors to ensure projects meet technical, regulatory, and community requirements.
