Join a purpose-driven, globally-active sustainability consultancy Holimpact is a small-size consulting firm specialising in corporate and supply chain sustainability internationally. We operate across Australia and Europe, partnering with high‑profile brands to embed environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into strategy and operations. We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and (ideally) bilingual (French or Italian -English) Administration & Project Support Officer to join our company. This is a flexible hybrid role, offering the chance to work closely with the Founder & Managing Director, gain exposure to global sustainability projects, and develop your career in a purpose-driven environment. About the Role In this varied and fast‑paced role, you will: Provide professional administrative and project coordination support to the Managing Director Manage and prioritise emails, schedules, and correspondence Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and communication materials Research and stay across sustainability trends in areas such as: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and governance Raw material sustainability standards and certification Biodiversity, climate change, and offsetting Animal welfare, One Health, and Local People & Indigenous Communities' rights Sustainable use, recycling, and lifecycle assessments (LCAs) Coordinate deliverables and information flow for ongoing client projects Support business development and marketing activities Maintain confidentiality and uphold Holimpact’s professional standards Remuneration This position will be in a part-time capacity (FTE 0.5), with potential to become full-time as the business grows. Remuneration will be between $70,000 and $90,000 (pro-rata) superannuation, depending on skillset and experience.
