About the Role We are seeking a motivated individual to step into a Portfolio Coordinator role within our Enterprise Planning and Insights branch. In this role, you will provide administrative oversight and support to the Delivery Office Lead in the end-to-end delivery of key product and project reporting. You will play a crucial part in managing all organisational reporting duties for the Enterprise Technology Services Portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of key reporting and risk assessments. You will Manage project reporting, performance dashboards, resourcing, scheduling, and financials for the entire project portfolio, ensuring governance and internal standards are met. Coordinate and deliver organisational reporting on risk, financial data, and people metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders. Contribute to the development and maintenance of systems, frameworks, and protocols for managing the portfolio of technology commitments. Assist with Technology Engagement Requests, communication plan coordination, and administrative practice management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in ePMO policies, tools, templates, and agile adoption, including developing resources for branch reporting and participating in knowledge sharing. About you What your experience might look like Tertiary qualification in business administration/project management or equivalent experience in program coordination. Certification in Project Management/Administration with practical knowledge of project management tools and phases. Experience in a large IT PMO and business transformation projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project Online, SharePoint, Project Server, and Visio. Experience in agile delivery and developing project artefacts in an agile environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines under pressure. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project evaluation skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
