Specific Selection Criteria Approval to teach students with learning and support needs and/or experience teaching students with learning and support needs including demonstrated ability to support school priorities, programs and teachers to meet individual student needs. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a collaborative team, building positive relationships with students, staff, parents, external agencies where student learning is the focus. Coordinate the learning support team including providing professional specialist advice and mentoring to teachers, school learning support officers and executive, including support team organisation, individual planning, data and resourcing. Conditions An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement.
