Role Overview We are seeking passionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in Perth. In this role, you will provide direct, person-centred support to individuals with disability, helping them build independence, engage in the community, and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities Provide personalised daily living support including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. Assist with community participation such as attending appointments, recreational activities, and social events. Support clients in achieving their NDIS goals through skill-building activities. Administer medication in line with policies and participant care plans (if qualified). Maintain accurate and up-to-date progress notes and incident reports. Foster a safe, respectful, and empowering environment. Work collaboratively with families, carers, and allied health professionals. Uphold confidentiality, dignity, and the rights of people with disabilities at all times. About You Essential: Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, or equivalent experience. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain). Current First Aid & CPR certification. Current WA Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassion, patience, and a person-centred approach. Experience supporting individuals with Autism, Mental Health, or complex needs. Manual handling training. Medication administration training.
