Our client is searching for a seasoned Scrum Master for a role that combines hands-on Scrum delivery with Agile coaching, driving change across multiple squads.You'll lead two core squads (potentially a third) with members in global locations. Key responsibilities include facilitating PI Planning and Big Room Planning sessions, coaching Product Owners and identifying process improvements to uplift Agile maturity.You'll be a confident communicator who can demonstrate best practices, constructively challenge existing processes, and actively drive Agile adoption across a mature enterprise. Key skills & experience:Recent Scrum Master experience in complex digital environments.Strong Jira skills (including Advanced Roadmaps) and knowledge of SAFe.Proven facilitation and stakeholder influence skills.Adaptability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.Experience working in customer-facing or multi-squad delivery settings.
