The role will be located at Burwood, NSW. The Executive Chef will motivate and drive the team of this prominent and multi-faceted operation, demonstrating operational excellence, leadership and vision. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Head chef looking for a new challenge in a senior leadership role. The role will include: Leading the Kitchen team to deliver premium food offerings to our guests across a multi-faceted venue. Managing the financial aspects of the Kitchen operation including budgeting, payroll management, food and labour costing, cost control and reporting. Develop, plan and implement seasonal menus that highlight local produce and culinary trends. Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse kitchen team, fostering a culture of teamwork and creativity. Engage with VIP guests, providing a personalised dining experience and establishing rapport. Collaborate with the management team to enhance the overall guest experience through exceptional dining offerings. Creating a guest focussed culture within the team by reviewing the guest experience, amazing service and product. Setting and maintaining a level of quality that exceeds guest expectations as well as implementing and enforcing hygiene regulations to the highest of standards. Monitoring feedback, quality of dishes and creating change based on feedback from guests and staff to ensure continuous improvement. Inspiring, developing, training and leading the Kitchen team.
