The Role. · Prepare sales sketches to meet our client’s brief. · Prepare accurate and detailed planning and working drawings. · Ensure all drawings meet the NCC, R-codes, local planning policies and developer’s guidelines. · Work closely with other departments to deliver designs to our client’s expectations. · Implement solutions to streamline designs and workflow within the Design/Drafting Department. What We Need From You. · 3-5 years’ experience design and drafting experience within the Perth market. · Ability to use ArchiCAD 27 and above to produce design drawings and working drawings. · Solid knowledge of R-codes and NCC. · High attention to detail. · Excellent communication skills. · Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
