We have an amazing opportunity for experienced Male Aged Care Worker to join an established Planned Activity Group team supporting the elderly to live better. We are looking for an experienced aged care professional with a great attitude, caring nature that is a team player. You will be incorporating physical exercise into the activity programs and helping an amazing team create fun and engaging focused days for the clients. This role will also include In-Home respite support to a Male client on a Tues and Thurs afternoons and also driving a mini bus when the group attends outtings (normal licence required) Hours and location Brunwick West location Hours Mon & Fri 9am 4.30pm, Tues & Thurs 12 4pm, Wed 9am -3.30pm Starting 9th Sept - 19th Dec 2025 Weekly pay at $43.13 per hr 12% Super What you need to Apply Demonstrated experience in the delivery of social activity programs in a way that supports client independence Well-developed time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively Understanding of client confidentiality and information privacy Experience in Aged Care Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional manner Be confident to drive an 11 seater bus each day to pick up and drop off participants and to outtings You MUST have or be willing to get: A satisfactory National Criminal Police Record Check (PRC) is required prior to commencement Working with Children Check (employee) Victorian Drivers Licence COVID Vaccines & 2025 flu vaccination Certificate III or IV in either Aged Care, Individual Support or Leisure and Health Current First Aid Certificate with CPR For further information please contact Rebecca on 03 9828 6 or send your CV via the link below
