SENIOR ASSET MANAGER - Large investment management company in Melbourne's Outer South East with a portfolio in the industrial and logistics property sector. As the Senior Asset Manager , you will take responsibility for a portfolio of industrial and logistics assets, driving performance through financial excellence, leasing strategies, and proactive management. Importantly, you will have onsite facilities management support , allowing you to focus on strategic asset management rather than day-to-day maintenance.
