Electrical Lead (FIFO - NT, Mining Capital Works) We need an Electrical Lead to take charge of on-site delivery, leading the team day to day and ensuring safe, efficient, and quality work. Roster: 2:1 or 7:7 Scope: Supervise electrical crews, oversee installations, testing, and commissioning Responsibilities: On-site leadership, technical oversight, contractor supervision, ensuring compliance with standards and project requirements Experience required: Trade or engineering background, prior FIFO experience in mining or heavy industry, strong HSE focus, ability to lead crews in a high-risk environment.
