With continued national growth, we’re seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Clinical Facilitation Division. The Role You’ll recruit and onboard Registered Nurses into our national Clinical Facilitation workforce, managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and interviewing through to compliance, credentialing, and placement. This is a people-focused, fast-paced role that requires flexibility during peak university placement periods, ensuring we have the right facilitators available when needed. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for Clinical Facilitation contracts. Source, screen, and engage Registered Nurses across multiple states. Oversee onboarding, compliance, and credentialing requirements. Maintain accurate candidate records with strong attention to detail. Build and nurture relationships with candidates and account managers. Support workforce planning and respond to seasonal demand surges. Maintain a strong contractor pool and pipeline. Exceed performance and service delivery targets. About You You’re detail-oriented, resilient, and thrive in a compliance-driven, people-focused environment. You have the self-drive and motivation to work independently, while being adaptable in a collaborative team.
