The opportunity An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and streetwear-savvy 2IC Assistant Manager to join our Pacific Fair location. This is a pinnacle retail role where you will be at the forefront of street fashion, not just following fashion trends but setting them. Our store trades 7 days a week, so you must be available to work weekends and late nights on a rotating roster. Key Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in providing strong leadership and guidance to store staff. Foster a positive and motivated work environment, encouraging teamwork and promoting a customer-centric culture. Lead by example and train staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Support the Store Manager in overseeing inventory, including stock levels, restocking, and visual merchandising. Facilitate training sessions for new hires and ongoing development programs for store staff. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Skills and Experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fashion retail management or leadership role. Exceptional selling skills with a strong understanding of customer service — we don’t just sell, we create long-lasting experiences! Ability to meet and drive sales and KPIs. Strong operational skills with experience in stock control and visual merchandising. A natural ability to influence, coach, and develop team members. Adaptability to thrive in an ever-changing and growing retail environment.
