Our Client: Our client is a well-established multidisciplinary private practice providing high-quality therapy services to children and families across Northern Melbourne. Supporting clients aged 0–18 years, the clinic works with a wide range of developmental and disability needs from mild to complex presentations, through both NDIS and private funding. While primarily clinic-based, services are also delivered in homes, schools, and kindergartens, offering both individual and group-based interventions tailored to each child’s unique goals. About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist (minimum 4 years’ experience) to step into a Team Leader position in Melbourne. You’ll manage a clinical caseload while mentoring and leading a small team of Occupational Therapists, with strong support from management as the team continues to grow.
