Job Description The Opportunity We are currently seeking a Draftsperson/Designer to join our established engineering team for a wide range of subsea and ROV projects. This role is based in West Perth, with occasional workshop and site visits. You will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Developing detailed 3D models for fabrication drawings, ROV tooling and equipment assemblies , and visualizations supporting offshore operations; Supporting project execution with 2D drawings, including field layouts, deck arrangements, rigging plans, and sea fastening; Collaborating with engineering teams to develop and integrate emerging technologies; Managing your own time, document reviews, and progress updates to ensure efficient task delivery; Working closely with the senior drafting team to enhance drafting efficiency and quality . About You Your success in securing this role will require: Hands-on experience in 3D modelling, design, and drafting ; Proficient in using Solidworks or similar 3D design software , capable of working independently and efficiently ; Working knowledge of AutoCAD, or similar 2D drafting software; Ability to work well as part of a team and coordinate tasks to meet project deadlines. We also value: Experience in subsea/offshore engineering or manufacturing industries; Tertiary qualifications in computer-aided design/engineering or an engineering trade background.
