This is a unique opportunity to work on diverse infrastructure and construction projects across Australia while collaborating closely with internal teams, contractors, and industry authorities. About the role The Technical Engineer will play a pivotal role in delivering technical support, product expertise, and on-site evaluations related to advanced concrete solutions. This is a national role involving regular client meetings across Sydney, along with monthly travel to other states within Australia. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and guidance to clients, contractors, engineers, and distributors. Prepare technical proposals, installation documentation, and product specifications. Assist in project meetings, site evaluations, and training sessions. Support the sales team with product presentations, tenders, and client consultations. Monitor industry trends and contribute to increased market presence. Engage with industry associations, authorities, and participate in forums/conferences. What We're Looking For Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. 5 years' experience in technical engineering, preferably in concrete or structural design. Strong knowledge of waterproofing, concrete repair, and construction techniques. Experience with CAD tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Ability to travel regularly for site visits and client support.
