About the role Crown Excavations & Constructions is seeking an experienced Operator/Landscaper to join our team in Windsor NSW 2756. This full-time role is pivotal in supporting our construction projects and landscape construction . You will operate a range of plant and machinery to assist with excavation, site preparation, and landscaping tasks. What you'll be doing Operate a variety of plant equipment such as excavators, bobcats/possi tracks dumpers, and other construction machinery Perform landscaping duties including retaining walls, concreting, pools, carpentry, soft scaping, etc Able to read and interpret plans and levels and mark out on site Assist with site preparation, excavation, and other construction-related activities Carry out routine maintenance and inspections on plant and equipment including pre starts Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment What we're looking for At least 2 years' experience operating construction plant and equipment with tickets Minimum MR truck license 3rd - 4th year apprentices welcomed Demonstrated proficiency in landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks Ability to read site plans and interpret work instructions Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Current MR - HC driver's license and Construction Induction (White) Card Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required What we offer Competitive salary and plenty of overtime Opportunity for career progression and skills development Comprehensive training and mentoring program Supportive and collaborative team environment Company car for the right candidate About us Crown Excavations & Constructions is a leading provider of civil construction and landscaping services in the Greater Sydney region.
