Build tooling and automation that reduces cognitive overhead for internal engineering teams. Support rollout of security and compliance practices via automated guardrails. Contribute to self-service internal platform capabilities to improve team velocity. Track and improve DORA metrics: deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, and change failure rate. Write automation and platform tooling in Go, Python, or TypeScript to support internal systems. Qualifications, Experience and Skills Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling (ideally GitLab, but flexible) Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform and Cloudformation Programming or scripting experience with languages such as Python and Go.
