The project is a multilevel office building valued at $10 million, and it is in the structural phase of construction. You will report to a senior site manager and have the support of an experienced PM, Director, and a site-based PC. The company delivers a mix of commercial builds, with values ranging from $1 million fit-outs to $20 million structural new builds. You’ll be working on projects in and around the eastern suburbs, making this an ideal opportunity if you’re based locally and looking for consistent work close to home. The directors are approachable, stay involved in delivery, and value what happens on site. The culture is team-focused, hands-on, and built around long-term staff who enjoy coming to work. Most of the work comes from repeat business and referrals, not the open market, so you’ll be part of a stable and well-regarded operation.
