Contact autogeneral.com.au Description The role Reporting to the Senior Manager, Projects & Change within our Partnerships & Alliances team, you’ll lead the delivery of key initiatives that underpin the success of our White Label and Alliance Insurance Products. You’ll work across a variety of delivery methodologies to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to strategic projects – helping deliver value to our partners and customers alike. This isn’t a pure tech project role – it’s about navigating complex people and process environments, coordinating with external partners, and influencing outcomes in a regulated industry. Key responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project planning and delivery across insurance partnership initiatives Adapt delivery approach to suit each project (agile, hybrid, or traditional) Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to meet performance goals Support compliance with risk, control, and contractual obligations Drive continuous improvement through retros, stakeholder feedback and delivery metrics Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including executives, operations teams, and consultants Manage delivery timelines, risk mitigation and clear, transparent reporting What experience you’ll bring 3 years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally in financial services or a highly regulated environment Comfortable working across delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Confidence dealing with ambiguity and shifting priorities Experience working with third-party vendors or partners (highly desirable) Certifications in Agile, PRINCE2 or PMP Our Perks Location – Toowong Close to a variety of public transport and easy parking options, the Toowong office has excellent end of trip facilities (including secure bike storage and showers), outdoor spaces and plenty of modern collaborative areas to work and connect with colleagues.
