About the Role This role will see you working on a wide range of matters, including: General commercial transactions Corporate structuring and transactions Wills, estate planning, and succession Business restructuring and insolvency Tax and trusts Joint ventures and private business matters General commercial contracting You’ll be advising private businesses, start-ups, NFPs, and high-net-worth individuals across industries such as mining, technology, engineering, finance, and healthcare.
