Role Overview: As our casual e-merchandiser, you will play a key role in ensuring our online store is user-friendly, visually appealing, and strategically presented. You’ll be responsible for updating our online platform, managing product displays, and optimizing the customer shopping journey to drive sales and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Update and maintain product listings on the website, ensuring all information is accurate and current. Strategically present and arrange products online to create a seamless and engaging shopping experience. Analyze customer behavior, identify trends, and implement strategies to enhance online conversions. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive promotions and product launches. Ensure the overall layout and design of the online store is visually appealing and functional. Stay current with e-commerce trends and continually suggest improvements to drive sales. About You: Experience with e-commerce platforms and online merchandising (Shopify) is a must. Strong eye for design and aesthetics, with an understanding of how to style products for online display. Analytical mindset with a focus on improving customer experience and driving sales. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask.
