Position: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Pilbara, Western Australia Roster: 8:6, 7:7 Annual Salary: $195k per year Super $5,000 sign on bonus! Employment type: Full-time About the role: In this role, you will lead a team of trades personnel (HD Mechanics, Boilermakers, Auto Electricians), oversee maintenance activities, ensure smooth operation of mining equipment, and foster a strong safety culture. Equipment we currently have onsite: Excavators: CAT 6020 Loaders: CAT 988 & CAT 992 Dozers: CAT D10 & D11 Dump Trucks: CAT 785D Graders: CAT 18 Drills: Epiroc D65 What we are looking for: Prior site-based supervisory experience within mobile equipment maintenance (MEM) Strong knowledge and exposure working on Caterpillar, Hitachi and Komatsu mining equipment Demonstrable leadership, communication and people management skills Knowledge of relevant mining related legislation (Schedule 26) Previous AMT maintenance software exposure (Desirable) Australian Recognised Heavy Diesel Trade Certificate Valid Manual C Class Driver's Licence What SMS can offer: At SMS we pride ourselves on our positive work culture and ability to deliver desired results.
