What You Will be Doing: WorkPac are looking for experienced Trades Assistants that will be working in the hose bend section of our workshop. Assist in the manufacturing, bending, and assembly of hydraulic and industrial hose fittings. Operate hand and power tools to cut, crimp, and fit hoses to specification. Ensure accurate measurement and quality control of hose products. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with WHS standards. Support tradespeople with general workshop duties and tasks as required. Assist with inventory control, stock handling, and documentation. Prepare hose assemblies for dispatch and delivery. What you will need: Trade Assisting experience Preferable experience working in hose section Forklift license - Preferred Great attitude and the willingness to learn Previous experience in a workshop or mechanical environment preferred. Basic knowledge of tools and mechanical assembly. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting and bending. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Forklift license (desirable but not essential). Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
