Job summary: Flexible hours available 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary: $100 - $120 per hour About the Role We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to support participants funded under the NDIS in their homes and community settings. This is a flexible, mobile-based subcontractor role with full administrative support and a focus on client outcomes – not KPIs . Responsibilities Deliver person-centred occupational therapy services to NDIS participants Complete Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) and progress reports Prescribe assistive technology, mobility aids, and minor home modifications Provide therapy to support self-care, learning, mobility, and participation Collaborate with Allied Health Assistants where required Maintain accurate documentation and NDIS compliance Work closely with participants, families, and support coordinators to achieve goals Use evidence-based and best practice approaches in interventions Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy Current AHPRA registration ABN and Professional Indemnity/Public Liability insurance NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check Minimum 1 year of OT experience (NDIS experience preferred) Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and disability sector Ability to work independently, manage caseloads, and meet reporting timelines Why Join Us?
