Monday to Friday Programmed Work Projects through Greater Sydney Projects from $500,000.00 - $20M Two Pay Reviews Each Year Nature of works – Specialist Heavy Refurbishment Contractor Position would suit an enthusiastic, career focused Site Supervisor Institutional and Commercial Work Long term, permanent position - Hiring due to Company expansion and not to just fill a hole on a distressed project - you will be running your job start to finish Company & Role Overview An excellent, highly regarded refurbishment contractor that has an immediate need for a Site Manager / Site Supervisor on a permanent basis. You will join their growing team and have the capability to run smaller valued projects as a number one. The business have grown undertaking D&C and ECI engagements with repeat business clients. The nature of the work allows the business to deliver high quality projects & not entertain open tender work with ‘no fat’ in the job. This is reflected in programming projects on a 5 day working week. As a Site Manager / Supervisor, you will play a key role in the delivery of these challenging and enjoyable projects. Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the construction project which will include; Organising sub-contractors Management of all on-site trades and sub-contractors Reading construction plans and drawings including site set out Ensuring Site Safety through HSE management Liaising with various stakeholders including the Building Managers and Clients. Reporting to the Project Manager / Site Manager through email correspondence, face to face and telephone calls Help the project hit key daily and weekly milestones Some hands-on work required Suitable candidates will possess the following; Ideally coming from a Carpentry background 5 years site management / site supervisory experience running Construction Projects for a Head Contractor and Coordinating Trades Experience of fast-track fit-out projects is key Ideally have Sydney Metro and CBD Project Delivery Experience - $5M Will ideally have a good understanding of services and internal trades Experience delivering high end, quality finishes with Ideally Commercial Contractors. Luxury Residential experience will also be viewed as Well qualified with various tickets Enthusiastic, committed and eager to build a career with an excellent employer.
