Responsibilities Define & execute the global systems and software engineering strategy aligned with company product & business goals. Partner with Product Management, Hardware Engineering, and Quality to deliver integrated solutions. Own end-to-end development lifecycle for safety-related systems and software, including requirements, architecture, design, implementation, integration, and verification. Guide system and software architecture decisions for scalability, maintainability, and safety. Implement effective development processes. toolchains and workflows. Your Background/Experience Tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Systems/Software Engineering. Minimum 12 years’ experience in software/systems engineering including 7 years in a leadership role. Extensive experience delivering safety-related systems in aerospace/automotive/rail/robotics. Strong understanding of embedded systems, real-time software and systems integration. Demonstrated ability to build and scale global engineeringorganizations. What’s On Offer?
